Termination

Either party may terminate services under specific conditions with appropriate procedures:

User-Initiated Termination:

Lofingo-Initiated Termination:

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, pandemic-related restrictions, or other acts of God. During such events, affected parties will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and communicate expected resolution timelines.
